Rates of participation

The price includes: floor carpet, panelling, shop signs and the basic electrical system, warehouse cm.200x200 standard, desk, 3 chairs, two pages of presentation in the catalogue, 3 copies of the catalogue itself and 100 invitation cards. Additional walls and spotlights are on request.

The undersigned gallery, seen and approved the General Rules of Partecipation, asks to be allowed at Bergamo Art Fair, to the tariffs in force, requiring the following stand areas:

Participation in the Exhibition
To participate at BERGAMO ART FAIR, the gallery must complete the application form and return it to the Organizing Secretariat. Acceptance constitutes an irrevocable commitment to the Organizer at the present Rules. The organizer will decide autonomously on applications received and will notify applicants within 30 days from the date of opening  and confirm the exhibition space required

1. Fees for participation
The participation fee is set at € 130.00 per sq.m. which includes floor carpet, panelling, shop signs and the basic electrical system, warehouse cm.200x200 standard, desk, 3 chairs, 3 copies of the catalogue itself and 100 invitation cards. Additional walls and spotlights are on request. Also is required  the amount of € 150 + VAT for the publication of a double page (opening) in the catalogue of the exhibition. Special condition can be applied.
2nd Right to withdrawal
The Exhibitor that is not able to take part at the event,  must notify the Organizer at least 30 days before the opening. The organizer will allocates it to other exhibitors.
3rd Stand
The Organizer reserves the right on the stands. Requests of the gallery will for specific stands will be considered by the Organizer but in any case are not considered binding, but indicative of the need of the exhibitor.
4th Surveillance
For the duration of the event the Organizer ensures an overall surveillance day and night in the Exhibition Centre, however, It not assumes liability in respect of theft or damage that may occur.
5th Liability for damage - Insurance
Exhibitors will be responsible to the Organizers of any damage that it will make directly or indirectly (including damage caused by electrical installations performed in-house or by third parties are not accredited by the organization. The Organizer undertakes to conclude with the primary insurance company throughout the period of stay in the Exhibition Centre, a policy of third party liability.
6. Prohibitions
is prohibited: - Display products that are not relevant to the type of event. - Display boards, panels of other galleries not listed in the application. - The demobilization of the stands before the date and time set by the closure. - Yield to others in any way all or part of the space allocated to them.
7th Parkings
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for the vehicles stop inside the Exhibition Centre. The stopover is permitted, unless special exceptions only in the opening hours of exposure. 
8th Postponement or cancellation of the event The organizer can edit the date of the event, sending a written communication to all operators, without it being required to pay penalties or damages whatsoever 
9th Redelivery of stands Exhibitors are required to return the exhibition space, as they were delivered. The production of good output by the Organizer, shall be subject to the balance in the exhibition of any debt directly or indirectly to the Organizer. 10th Privacy Law 196/2003 Under Dlg. 196/03, exhibitors signing the application form consenting to the handling of your personal data provided will be used for administrative operations, statistics and merchandise (catalogue) as well as its communication and dissemination for the same purpose. 11th Jurisdiction The Exhibitor shall elect its legal address at the headquarters of, and agree to the exclusive jurisdiction Italiana. Any dispute will be solely responsible for the Forum Bergamo.
